Selah Weddings is a documentary wedding photography, videography, Super 8, & 35mm film studio based in Palmerston North, shooting right across New Zealand.
One team covers your photos, your video and your Super 8 film. No two crews, no two deposits, no wondering whether the gallery and the film will match. They come back looking like the same day, because the same people shot them and one person graded them.
The style is documentary. We stay out of the way and let the day run, but also with a little guiding when needed, so you still get the frames that end up on the wall!
The Super 8 is real Kodak film, shot on a 1970s camera, lab developed and scanned. Not a filter. Most couples don't realise until they ask. Same with the 35mm stills.
The practical stuff:
- Pricing is public on our site. Collections from $2,100 for photo, $3,900 for photo and video.
- Free travel nationwide in every collection. The price is the price.
- 50 edited sneak peeks within 14 days, full gallery in 6 to 8 weeks.
- Payment plans: hold your date with $750, then monthly (fee applies).
Ryan has shot professionally for 9+ years, weddings since 2023, and runs a small team of shooters.
