OUTDOORSY
I am happiest going for a hike with my whānau. I was lucky to have grown up in the bush and green leaves are with me every day.

EMPATHETIC
I am an empathetic person. I bring my life experiences to every wedding: of being a daughter, wife and mother. Having lost my dad as a child I have a deep understanding of how precious life is and the need to document it while we still can.

What is documentary wedding photography?

Documentary photography captures what naturally occurs in front of the camera, without direction,
staging or posing. It is not forced or fake.

This style of photography tells the story of your wedding day, through the capture of real moments. It documents events as the would occur, even if me and my camera weren't there.

Memories are expertly documented through my people skills; emotional intelligence; years of experience; use of composition and light; observation, patience and anticipation.
