With 6 years under our belt, My Secret Picnic started with a love for creating special moments, the kind that take your breath away, even for just a second. Based in Wanaka and Queenstown, we style beautiful picnic setups and intimate events that bring people together in a really meaningful way.

From surprise proposals and elopements to birthdays, baby showers, and hens parties, we’re here to make it all feel a little more magical. I’ve hand-picked every cushion, plate, and platter, and I work closely with you to bring your vision to life, whether that’s by the lake, under the trees, or tucked away somewhere private and peaceful.

We also offer custom styling, balloon garlands, and a range of hire items, so no two events ever feel the same. It’s all about creating something personal, thoughtful, and full of heart so when you look back on your photos (and memories), it still makes you smile.

From finding that perfect hidden location to planning the details, organising florals, photographers, and everything in between.
