On The Day Coordination

Not everyone needs an end-to-end planner. On The Day Coordination allows you the luxury of planning everything yourself, then handing it over to an expert to deliver with the confidence it will look and feel just as you envisioned.
As your OTD Coordinator, I liaise with the venue, caterers, vendor deliveries, set up, oversee the runsheet to keep everything on track (yes, I give you a template for that too) and trouble-shoot any issues that crop up. Most importantly I’m the point of contact throughout the day, so you don’t have to be.
