Dani & Wes: A Wedding Brought Together by a Village

If you’re dreaming of a relaxed New Zealand wedding with personal touches, family involvement, and plenty of personality, Dani and Wes’s Te Puke wedding is all the inspiration you need.

Planning their wedding from Melbourne, the couple relied on an incredible village of family and friends to help bring their vision to life. The result was a beautifully relaxed celebration at the charming No. 2 Road Hall in Te Puke, filled with boho styling, good food, great music, and plenty of special moments with their two children.

The day began with an early morning swim at Papamoa Beach before the celebrations kicked off. From there, it was all about spending quality time with loved ones and soaking up every moment.

One of our favourite stories from the day was Dani’s last-minute dress change after finding the veil of her dreams. Sometimes the best wedding decisions are the ones you don’t plan for! And we can’t go past Wes’s incredible orange suit — a bold and stylish choice that brought so much fun and personality to their wedding day.

This beautiful Bay of Plenty wedding is proof that you don’t need a luxury venue or a huge budget to create an unforgettable celebration. With the right people around you, a little creativity, and a lot of love, anything is possible.
