Nia & Sean travelled from Australia to get married in New Zealand – and they did it in style. They wore custom Swarovski crystal jackets that took five months to create, turning their wedding look into pure statement fashion from the very first moment.
Their day began with an epic flight into the Shotover – soaking up the views before landing in style by helicopter at NZ High Country for their ceremony.
Guests were welcomed into a beautiful half-circle ceremony layout that made the moment feel deeply intimate.
Just some of their unique touches included – personalised cushions and other décor with their initials. Before finding their seat, each guest received a handwritten letter from Nia & Sean – a deeply personal moment. A live wedding artist created a portrait during the ceremony itself, a once-in-a-lifetime keepsake.
Inside the marquee, the styling made a statement: floor-to-ceiling white linen, black tablecloths, gold cutlery, and green-and-white florals that popped dramatically against the dark tables.
At the centre of the dance floor sat their handmade feature – a Millefoglie cake they decorated themselves with berries and sugar before cutting into it to enjoy.
And every emotional, rain-kissed, joy-filled moment was captured beautifully by Jinal Govind Photography – telling their story exactly as it felt: intimate, elegant, and full of heart.
