Your event is led by Renee and Emile — the pair behind Coco’s. Emile spent years in Byron Bay running beautiful, laid-back weddings, while Renee makes sure every detail feels seamless and fun. Backed by our full restaurant crew, you get depth, skill, and a team who thrive on bringing people together.

Summer BBQs are our thing — we love rolling up to all kinds of spaces, from backyards and beaches to Coco’s dining room and private areas. We bring our BBQ onsite and cook everything fresh, with Coco’s classics (like our polenta chips) prepped at the restaurant and finished right there on the day.

We’re all about shared, family-style food — generous, abundant, and designed to get people talking and passing plates around. No fussy single-plated dinners — just good food done right, served with that signature Coco’s vibe.
