I’m Jess — a Christchurch-based wedding photographer for couples who care more about people, feeling all the feelings and having one hell of a good time than doing things “the perfect way”.

My approach is relaxed, intuitive and not forced. Think less posing, more laughter. Less performance, more actually enjoying your wedding day. I’ll give you direction when you need it, make sure you look really great, and then get out of the way so the real memories can happen.

I’m here for weddings that feel like you: long-table dinners, champagne spills, muddy hems, big feelings, small but important moments, wildly good food and dance floors that maybe get a little chaotic.

I want your photographs to feel luxurious and artful, but not stiff or overly polished. Images that look beautiful, yes. But more importantly, images that bring you straight back to how it all felt.

Basically: you have the best day of your life with your favourite people, and I’ll capture the hell out of it.
