Yes. I'm Christchurch based but I travel anywhere in New Zealand and overseas. Travel is worked out during consultation and your proposal, but I will always work with my couples for flexibility and last minute requests. Plans and needs change all the time and I love being able to come to wherever my couples need or want me. If you're planning from another city or another country that's completely fine. Everything before the wedding happens online anyway, Zoom calls, voice notes, WhatsApp, whatever fits how you want to communicate.

Your venue coordinator works for the venue, and they're brilliant at that, the building, the staff, the food service, the bar, the things that belong to them. They're not the person chasing your florist when she's 40 minutes late, or holding the rings, or finding your celebrant when nobody has seen him since the rehearsal, or noticing that your grandmother has been standing in the sun for 20 minutes. They usually start when the venue day starts, so they're not with you while you're getting ready, which is exactly when the questions begin. I work for you and your vision, and I'm there from before the day, the start of your day to the end of it.

No, and honestly that's most of the couples I work with. You've got the vendors booked, the lists, the vision, you know exactly what you want and you've done a really good job of it. The thing planning can't solve is that you can't be the person everyone comes to and the person getting married on the same morning. Bringing someone in at the end isn't admitting the plan didn't work, it's the piece that lets the plan actually happen without you running it.

Never. I learn everything you know, your vision, your people, the parts you care about and the parts you're only doing because someone told you that's how it goes, and then I hold all of it for you. My job isn't to put my stamp on your day, it's to make sure the day you already imagined is the one that actually happens, and more importantly that we design you actually living inside it.

All package services start with a 60 minute consultation to chat all things you, your vision and your needs (whether you know them yet or not). Then you get a proposal for services and make a decision or request add ons etc.

This is where you tell me exactly where you're at, I show you the gaps and help you with your clear next steps, whether thats me or not. And you leave the call not guessing but knowing exactly what to do and where to go next.
