Absolutely! Queenstown and the wider Otago region offer some of the most stunning outdoor wedding backdrops in the world, and I love playing in the fresh air. My only requirement is that adequate shelter (such as a marquee, umbrella, shade, or solid cover) must be provided. This keeps my wooden instrument and equipment completely safe from direct, strong sun or unexpected rain, even in very small amounts.

While I frequently perform solo violin sets to quality backing tracks, I absolutely love collaborating with other local musicians! Depending on the exact vibe you want for your day, I can happily coordinate and perform alongside a pianist, string duo, or team up with a live singer/guitarist to bring an extra layer of depth and sound to your celebration.

I love playing contemporary covers - think gentle, acoustic violin renditions of modern favourites, Bridgerton-style! I will do my best to take requests, so long as it suits solo violin.

I am completely self-sufficient! I provide my own high-quality, professional speaker system that delivers beautiful, crisp sound. It is battery-powered, meaning we don’t need to worry about power points for outdoor and remote locations. However, if you have booked me for a longer set, or to play with additional musicians, I will need access to a standard power point to keep everything running smoothly without a hitch.

I am proudly based in Queenstown, but I am fully available to travel for weddings, elopements, proposals, and special occasions across the wider Otago region and beyond. Please note that bookings located outside of the immediate Queenstown area will incur a travel fee to cover the journey.

Yes! Traditional Scottish fiddle music is a massive part of my style and identity. I love sharing the joy of Celtic music and can easily collaborate with other local trad musicians to provide authentic acoustic sets for your ceremony or drinks reception. Additionally, if you want a full, high-energy ceilidh for your evening reception, I can connect you with a brilliant local ceilidh band to make it happen!
