We ship NZ wide! Our vending machines and all the extras needed for your big day can be shipped to you regardless of where you are in the country. There are a handful of exceptions, we do not ship directly to Waiheke Island or Stewart Island but can ship to Auckland and Bluff.

Included within TLD's designs are several semi-customisable options. But we do not offer fully custom options. However, if you already have a design available, we can discuss options to use this. We can also discuss adding a custom design to the protective sleeves that go in the vending machine.

Everything you need is included in your package.

If you've booked one of the vending machine packages, this comes fully stocked with your chosen designs and protective sleeves. All tokens are provided including an elegant glass bowl to hold them.

If you have selected temporary tattoos, vending machine or not, your package also includes white heart shaped sponges (made from cellulose to minimise environmental impact) and refillable stylish glass spray bottles.

The only thing you will need is a table to set up it up on (and some water for the spray bottles).

Yes. Every vending machine booking has a $200 refundable security deposit included in the cost of securing the package. This is there to cover the cost of any damage to the vending machine and accessories provided as part of the package. If no damage occurs, you get this money back in full to your bank account.

Typically, yes. This is a minimum of 2 months if you require semi-custom options in your package. If you are open to only having house designs in you package, we have a bit more flexibility. Your best option is to get in touch and discuss your specific circumstances. If we can accommodate, we absolutely will!
