Liddington Gardens provides Two Catering Options;
1. Garden Party Events: A selection of Canapés, a hearty Buffet meal with a dessert selection. Alcohol is BYO.
2. Salt and Seed Private Dining and Catering: A selection of Canapés, Shared Banquet Platters or Plated Service + a selection of Desserts + Late Night Snacks. In-House Bar Service with matching Wines if required

Food Health and Safety requirements prohibit the donation of Meat and Seafood products.

You are welcome to bring Cake and Confectionary.
*Personal Items: Table Seating Plan and Personalised Place Setting Name Tags. Guest Favours. Framed Photos of loved ones. Personalised Signs. Gift packs/toys for Children

Unfortunately Dogs are prohibited for multiple reasons. Please ensure you have photo's with your Fur Baby prior to your event so they feel included.

Wedding timing:
*The Bridal couple are welcome to deliver their personal items mid week.
*The Wedding Rehearsal is at 5 pm the Day prior to the Wedding for the Bridal Party, Parents, MC, Music Coordinator and the Celebrant.
*Your guests are welcome 30 minutes prior to the Ceremony.
*Departure is dependent on the Package conditions. All guests must leave together as a group for safety considerations.
Other Event Timing:
*The Organisers of an Event may Deliver the necessary Items included in the Event during the week and finalise set up details.
* The Organisers may arrive 1 hour earlier to ensure the details are completed regarding Sound /Lighting /Projector and other technology required are in working order, and to greet the guests on arrival at the designated start time.
*Departure of guests together as one group is determined by the agreed Package.
* Organisers may collect the equipment they supplied prior to departure.

"Highly Recommended Vendors" are listed in the Planning Information provided to all Hirer's. *There is a reliable local Bus Service which can be booked in advance with the location and number of guests to be transported to and from the Venue. 47 Guests can be collected at one time.
*There is a shuttle Service which can transport 11 Guests at one time. For Safety reasons and Resource Consent terms, Please note that all guests must leave together at the same time. There is no provision to wait for a returning Shuttle.

You may have a Sparkler Exit, however other Fireworks such as Floating Lanterns and any other form of Open Flame are prohibited, particularly during FNDC Fire Bans.

Liddington Gardens supplies fresh petals in cups or cones at no additional charge, but you are welcome to bring Bio Degradable Petals if you prefer, and you supply the petals for Flower Girls.

Liddington Gardens supplies a Chiller trailer and Refrigeration.
