Cable Bay Vineyards, Waiheke Island

Cable Bay Vineyards is one of the best vineyards on Waiheke Island, offering exceptional, hand-crafted wines from small-batch vineyards in Waiheke and Marlborough—two of New Zealand’s top wine regions. Ceremonies can be held outdoors on the lawn or in the Wine Library.

Our spaces:
The Bistro — 120 seated, 170 standing. Fireplace, sea-view windows and a custom cellar.
Motukaha Room — 36 seated, 50 standing. Private balcony and integrated sound.
The Wine Library — 16 seated, 30 standing. An underground cellar with chandelier and vintage wines.
Exclusive use of the whole estate takes up to 435 guests, with the ceremony in the Grand Foyer or on the lawn.

Our kitchen cooks canapés and three-course menus from seasonal produce.

Winter Wedding package: $159 per person, Sunday to Friday, 1 May – 30 September, with no venue hire fee and no ceremony fee. Outdoor Ceremony Package: $1,500. Summer and Saturday dates are quoted individually.
